OB Holiday 2016
The Ocean Beach Town Council asked me to create the artwork for its annual holiday festivities in 2016. The theme was “The Year of the Pier With Holiday Cheer” to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Ocean Beach Pier, built in 1966. By reusing elements of the pier illustration I created for the OB Pier 50th Anniversary logo, I was able to maintain continuity with existing anniversary pieces while delivering a new and completely original holiday-themed design. The artwork was printed on t-shirts, postcards, posters, and donation cans for the OB food and toy drive.
